The Boards of St. Paul's and SPSG have unanimously approved a series of action steps to increase coordination recommended by a visiting panel of national thought leaders in curriculum development and independent school policy. The panel's charge was to evaluate both schools’ upper school curricula and recommend how we could best expand academic offerings and signature experiences that will prepare our students for a coeducational world, while retaining our single-gender identities and cultures.

The overarching recommendation is that, in coming years, we significantly expand our existing academic coordination for students in Grades 11 and 12. Upper school students have benefited from the opportunity to enroll in courses at both schools for decades, and our intention to is to build upon this framework to enable juniors and seniors to seamlessly choose from the broadest range possible of challenging courses and programs at St. Paul’s and SPSG.
